FICO Australia provides maintenance and testing of all essential services some of
which are described below.
Emergency and Exit Lighting
FICO Australia can design, supply, install and maintain Exit and Emergency lighting
systems to suit clients’ requirements.
Fire Doors
FICO Australia can supply, install, inspect and test fire doors in accordance with
current Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. We supply and install
fire doors, smoke doors, acoustic doors or solid core doors to suit clients’ particular
requirements, along with compliant door hardware.
FICO Australia can offer either a Three (3) monthly, Six (6) monthly or a yearly
inspection option. On completion of an inspection, the service details will be documented
in a logbook supplied by us and retained by the client on site.
Exit Doors and Paths of Travel
FICO Australia can supply, install, inspect and test Exit doors in accordance with
current Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia. FICO Australia can
also perform the inspection of Paths of Travel. Logbooks for both of these essential
services will be supplied and documented accordingly.
